To enjoy a blooming tea, fill a glass teapot completely with boiling water and gently drop a dry tea bundle into the teapot. Watch as the beautiful flower unfolds. To better mix the flavors, gently swirl the water in the teapot before serving.

This Dancing Dragon Blooming Tea consists of Green and White Silver Needle tea leaves bundled with the petals of the Globe Amaranth, Marigold, and Jasmine flowers.

BACKGROUND To make each Dancing Dragon Blooming Tea bundle, specially trained tea artists start with naturally dried Globe Amaranth flowers – then, using an unbleached organic cotton thread, tie them together with White Jasmine flowers and nestle them into a bed of dried Marigold flower petals. They then finish with a bouquet of young Green and Silver Needle White Tea leaves. It takes up to 10 minutes to make each bundle, which, when brewed, unfurls into a stunning flower arrangement.
